“The boxes are great. I only rated one star because when I did a reorder from an older order I got clunked! Apparently the templates on your site were updated (which I didn't know) and now space on the bottom of the box is open for design (which is great). One of your customer service reps or designers sent a nice email letting me know this. I immediately asked if the box could be pulled from production so I could do something with the newly opened space. Unfortunately, it had already gone into production--that was really frustrating. I really wish in these instances, that you call or reach out to the customer before printing to let them know this as a courtesy. I feel I like I missed out on additional marketing opportunities for our hot sauce on the bottom of the boxes. Speaking of marketing opportunities, you guys should be at Adobe MAX. Thy have a cool community pavilion that gathers 14-15,000 designers in one place checking out all the latest stuff from a ton of vendors. You guys have great products at a very competitive price point. There were other custom box companies there last year, but they were hocking really high-end, expensive custom boxes. That's a missed opportunity for you guys. Thank you for asking for feedback.”
