“Disappointed that out of 3 samples 2 of them came with blemishes. After the first one was redone at your cost, I was hopeful, but the 3rd one just came in with a blemish on the box top. I understand that you don’t offer blemish free boxes, but I had no idea that was even possible. I was SO excited to do business with you. Shout out to Jessica for helping me with my artwork. Customer service was great; production not as much (for my needs).”
