“It was one order-- 2 gifts, a get well gift and a happy birthday gift for the care giver, ordered the same day, at the same time of that day, to be delivered to the same address. I even chatted with your service and was told each item would have a delivery fee. The gifts were special. The gifts were delivered on two different days, by two different delivery services-UPS/USPO!!! Yikes the whole surprise ruined, was disjointed and confusing to my friends! ...and angered me.”
“The gift is very nice. However, I ordered two of the same for different people and locations. I ordered both gifts well in advance of the events. I was given two delivery options standard and expedited. I didn't select the expedited option considering seven days as standard delivery was plenty of time for the arrival. Unfortunately, the standard delivery was not mailed out during my purchase date. They waited more than seven days to process my orders. This to me is deliberate to collect additional shipping fees. The second order is still on hold. Over three weeks past my purchase date. Although the gift was well-received
