“Everything I ordered as Christmas gifts from here was late, dispite them showing a delivery time before Christmas. Buyer beware, just because it's cheap doesn't mean you should buy it. Go somewhere else if you are looking for timely delivery.”
“I ordered a gift tower of treats for my son and his family in Orlando. I ordered in early December 2025, with delivery between 18 and 24 December. The gift did not arrive at its location until 27 December. Very poor delivery service and poor communication about this.”
“I ordered 25 of them for my company's employees gift. Before I ordered, I asked Christina "does it have wooden box and lid?' and she said yes. But it was not. It covered with plastic wrap. The cost of this gift tray is $80but inside is not that much value even not reach $40. I have called a couple of times to ask return or discount but the return cost is way higher than regular freight either not enough discount. I left the messege to Kelly more than six times but she never got back to me. Also, none of them were not respond. If you try to buy a valued gift tray for customers or others, please consider the other one not this. I am highly not recommanded. One more thing, the nuts looked full in this website but real one is not the same. I waste money for this Christmas and this basket made us unpleasant Christmas. This company never try to solve the problem just make a customers being tire not to call back. However, I will call today again until what I have to get. If I shouldn't call, they never improve and do the same way.”
“Very disappointed in the shipping. When I ordered (on Dec 1), my option was to choose a specific date for arrival, so I chose Dec. 23. It still hasn't been delivered and the link says it will be delivered on Dec. 29. If I had been given a range of dates and the 29th was one of those, it would be ok, but when asked for a specific date that can't be met, that is not ok. I understand a company has no control over the shipper, so don't offer a specifc date. My order # is 6207960, in case the company actually reads this review.”
