“The order was made in the first week of December. The basket finally delivered on the 30th of December, 13 days after the requested delivery date. According to the tracking information, the basket delivery process did not start until the 17th. The basket was reported to have been in New Jersey for almost two weeks and it traveled to Florida before it made it's way to northeast Tennessee. I ordered a larger basket for my brother and his adult children who were visiting. The basket arrived after all had gone home. My advice is to skip this site, send your creation or buy something else.”
