“I talked to a representative explaining the recipient had passed away last Monday. The next day I talked to a represntative that told me she would square this away with her manager. That was obviously ignored and i am embarrased that this sympathy basket was delivered which was 8 days after she passed. I had sent this orderw hile she was still alive. I am telling my credt card company dispute this charge and am angry my cal was obviously ignored. i would like to speak with management. Martin Moss”

After reviewing the order, we see that the cancellation request was made after the basket had already shipped. Our customer support team did respond, explaining that we were unable to cancel once in transit, and we regret that this caused further frustration.
