“This is perhaps my favorite product from the ones I have tried at Buffel Bill so far. They are all of very high quality. But this steak literally melts in your mouth and you can almost cut it with a spoon. The marbling was excellent, I prepared it on my Lodge Iron Skillet. A great culinary experience, I ate it "rare" to really feel its unique taste. It is worth its money...Highly recommended”
