“Keylite loft ladder was in perfect condition and no issues, works perfectly as intended.
However, when coming to fit the ladder the key was missing - which is integral to fitting the ladder.
When contacting B&P they replied they don't actually state it comes with a key... But you need to key to literally install the loft ladder...
Basically they can't be bothered to rectify the issue.
Contacted Keylite directly and they stated the ladder should of been supplied with the key.
Company quick to get the money but when there's an issue with the product, they'll come up with a clever little answer to worm out of it.”

“Product damaged when I went to fit it.
Hinges bent
Flimsy frame
And bent out of square
Hatch was gridding against the frame. Had to try and bend it back into place.
All in all poor all round.
Hate doing bad reviews but, all true.”
“Excellent construction and relatively easy fitting. Good fitting instructions and videos to guide the fitting. I would have liked to fit a wider ladder which are available but governed by the rafter spacing. If I were to fit another loft ladder I would definitely choose Keylite.”
