“I called BunyipToys to purchase a puzzle listed as 'damaged box', they assured me that all was fine and it looked like someone had trodden on the box and squashed it which was fine by me. I asked them to check inside the box to make sure that the puzzle was okay. It was fine. I purchased the product only to discover that the 'trodden on box' was mouldy, it has gotten wet - which they would have known when they opened the box to check the puzzle was okay. They did not correct their 'looks like someone trod on it' to 'mouldy and should not be given to a child'. I would not have purchased this product if I had known this was the case am disappointed that they were dishonest in their product description.”

“This was an excellent buying experience. I bought the gift online for my granddaughterŠ—Ès birthday and since it was during all the Xmas holiday period, I was very worried that the gift would not arrive in time. I sent an email explaining my concern, and bunyip immediately replied, reassuring me that they would send it out asap. It did arrive in time, and I was grateful for the prompt service. Thank you bunyip. I will definitely be back. (I canŠ—Èt review the toy because she hasnŠ—Èt opened it yet, but she likes Playmobil, so IŠ—Èm sure she will like it.
