“At last the curtain was put up and disappointed to find the curtain is not square, one side (drop side) is 79.5 inches and the opposite side is 78 inches. This curtain is for a wet room hence it needs to be square and not have a discrepancy of 1.5 inches. How did this pass quality check?

We supplied this product on the 15th October 2025 and we have nothing on our records to show any complaints about the order at all until the review you left us in January. Normally if there is an issue then clients call us right away and we get the issue solved.
Please be aware that wetrooms normally have a fall on the tray / former so as the water drains away. I'm sure that you checked this as it this is the case already.
You can even after 3 months, send the curtain back for us to check. You can download the returns form from our website.
