“The part of the item that swivelled could not be locked down enough to stop the arm dropping when a normal shower head was fitted into the holder. To get a solid fitting the swivel part of the arm had to be cut off and the bar located direct into the wall bracket. I would suggest that this element needs to be a better friction fitting by changing the construction of it. Also the holder where the shower head was to be located was an extremely tight fit to get a standard shower flexible hose into.”
“The shower head extension has an “elbow joint” this is held in place by a plastic wing nut IT DOESN’T WORK after now making three large screw holes in my newly tiled wall I’m stuck with it!”
