“It is more expensive than the regular bath trims but that’s because it is a much higher quality than regular bath trims. It looks like it is part of the bath rather than a plastic trim. I’m delighted with the way it looks. Furthermore, I would pay a lot more if the sealant lasts for 10 years as it says it will.”
“Quality looks good, and so far seems a lot better than the self-adhesive variety used before. Not quite as easy to fit as the video shows, it's hard not to make a bit of a mess with the silicone!”
“I have bought from Byretech on two separate occasions now. I thought both items seemed to be pricey for what they were - however Byretech seem to have actually put some thought into their solutions for resolving bathroom issues so I'll keep buying items from them.
I fitted my Bathseal Ultra 10 last night with a vertical one too, and I also bought a Fugii tool which is truly brilliant for doing the silicone as it leaves your hands free of silicone and it's pretty easy to use. The bathseal looks/ feels extremely secure, it looks clean and professionally fitted (tight into the corner of my bath) the angles are all precut. Only time will tell if it remains watertight, but it looks very secure just now and also very strongly sealed. I'll go empty my bath later today and try out the shower above it which should now remain sealed and dry.”
