“I ordered anyway with a custom size and when it arrived it had the expected seam down the middle due to it's size, but it is barely the correct size, and it just seems to be misshapen due to the seam in the middle.

We’re sorry to hear you were not impressed with the pre-sale experience. This isn’t the level we aim for, and we’ll review our communications to ensure we provide more helpful advice in the future.
All curtains over 200cm in both directions will have a vertical central seam and on occasions the cotton threads can tighten a little on the seam and pull it slightly out of shape. It tends to happen more on the standard rather than the more expensive Heavy Duty material we offer.
You can of course return the product to us for a refund if you wish and we would be happy to offer that.
We did check on the system here and we don't seem to have any complaint e mails from you once the curtain had arrived with you.
