“Good flow although steel outer tube does not support the inner tube as well as it might. Flow is therefore slightly restricted unless you hold the tube straight.”
“We were recommended to buy the wider bore and shorter hose, and also a new shower head. Trying to be methodical (and I'm a bit sceptical anyway!!), I measured the flow into a plastic jug before changing anything. I then changed the hose and re-measured the flow, and finally the head as well and re-measured it.
Before any changes: 1550ml per minute
After hose change: 1700ml per minute
New head and new hose: almost 3000ml per minute.
Almost double the flow for quite a small expenditure.
