Please note my review is for the parcelforce which the company now used the 2nd time and we are experiencing issues with our coffee delivery again, upon contacting them they told us to track our parcel which we did just to find out they attempted twice and left a card but we didin`t receive anything and now its been 7 and were still waiting for our coffee to arrive. If this continues to happen we are thinkning on stopping buying coffee from Caffee Prima.

Continental blend is possibly one of the best coffee's I’ve tasted. It stays fresh until the last bean. Being a strong coffee lover this blend don’t disappoint. I tried the decaffeinated to and that was actually nice, compared to other brands.

The coffee delivery was just fine and the Continental beans are excellent. My only criticism is of the communication with the company. Their website says they value customer service. However, the ONLY way you can contact them is through an e:mail address on their website. (No phone contact possible.) Accordingly, before I made my purchase, I left a detailed e:mail message asking for advice about the various beans available. I NEVER received any response from my message. Fortunately, we've bought from Caffe Prima before so I placed a 'guess' order. Had I had more information from them, I may have upgraded to a more expensive bean order. If you're going to brag about customer service, you need to follow through. But that probably won't stop me from ordering with them again.
