“The product is amazing, but the service from Caffe Prima was the complete opposite. They think it's acceptable not to send out an order and not provide an explanation and only provide one when the customer reaches out saying it's their responsibility to check the order? So every time I order I'm supposed to contact them to see if they actually have the items they list on their website? All because they hadn't got any I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my "next day delivery" which never happened. Never ordering here again, service just didn't meet any standards.”
