“Your Customer Service rep nailed it home for me and my boyfriend. I ordered his 41 Chev Coupe cover for Xmas ... when we put it on - it was HUGE! We called Customer Service and she was very helpful AND funny (she said, 'It sags like a wet diaper doesn't it') She told us to just send it back and they will make sure we get it corrected. The next one came with about 10 days - fits perfectly! She CALLED BACK and asked if we could take some pictures of how it fits as it was a new pattern and they wanted to learn from it. Unfortunately, it is winter here in MN - so we can't get it out of storage for a couple of months...but we WILL do it! Thanks so much for your attention to detail and great Customer Service!”
