“I waited too long to order the cover. It is about 2 inches too short. When I order the next one: and I will order another one, I will send more measurements.Any problems were totally my fault.”
“I have two of these covers and both of them have scratched the paint in areas where the material is stitched together , in both instances I had to buy an extra cover ( plush weave ) for my jag to put under the super weave because I was getting scratches on the roof and the other cover for my raptor was scratching the fenders and had the company send me a patch of plush weave to take and have it attached by a taylor to fix this problem. I am planning on buying an other one a third car and am fearful that I will have the same issue.”
“I give this cover a 4-star rating and not 5-star only because I have had the cover less than six months. However, so far it is working great. I have to park my car in the sun at high elevation and it seems to protect against the sun very well. The cover is easy to put on and take off. I would recommend this cover.”
“This cover fits like a glove and is easy to take on and off once you get a certain routine down (roll to the center from the ends, then roll down. - carefully reverse to install). My rating is based on my experience with a previous Superweave cover for a previous vehicle, a MB GL350. That SUV had a protruding antenna in the center of the roof toward the back. After a year, the antenna tore a hole in the cover that had to be patched and reinforced with an exterior fabric tape. This cover, for a very similar MB ML400, may have the same problem. The company needs to make provision for this antenna in their design.”
“I have two super weave covers. The fit on both is perfect. The first I have had for several years. It was replaced after three years under warranty - a hassle less process. The second is rather new. Lacking a garage, These are used on outdoor cars when I do not plan on driving them for a week or more or when heavy rains are forecast. Reminder: Always wash the car before covering. Thanks!”
