“Honestly, at first glance I was very disappointed with this cover but that ended very quickly. This car cover was the best I've ever owned and believe me I have had a lot. Does everything they say it will, breathes but water proof, UV protection, eliminates dust and most important it does not scratch or harm the paint like I first thought it would. THIS IS A GREAT COVER!”
“Without question this is a much better cover than 99% of the covers I see as I drive around town, and I see a lot. It's not 100% waterproof, more like highly water repellent, but from researching around it seems this is by design, so that it will breathe and allow condensation and dew to evaporate. And it definitely is perfectly tailored to each of my two cars. So yeah, the reviews I see all say CA Car Cover is the best and I think that is correct.”
“Super weave is great however in a rain storm the material becomes saturated and bleeds through. Would recommend CCC beat up the material so it is 100% waterproof.”
“I bought this cover in August and so far it is OK. I wish it was more water repellent. Living in SoCal by the coast we get lots of condensation. The water and dampness soaks right through the cover a lot more than anticipated. I wish I bought a more water resistant cover.”
“this is my 3rd California Car Cover but my first ever for a brand new car. i have never bought a new car in my life and so when i purchased my 2016 Honda Fit i knew i needed to cover her right away to protect her from the constant Ojai sun. the custom fit goes perfectly on her and the little portion that goes over the roof antenna makes her look like she has a little tail like my smooth fox terrier. :) but then the unusual rain came! it was last Sunday night and it poured heavily. i thought that the cover would deflect the rain a bit but in the end it would leave my newly handwashed car dirty from the rainwater pushing the dirt thru the exterior of the cover to the inside. but i was wrong. the next morning i wiped off the excess rain water from the cover because it was so water resistant it pooled on the surface but never got thru! after doing that i took the cover off to find my car perfectly dry. what a great cover! both rain and sun protected!!”
“Ordered this cover in July and have been using it ever since on my garaged car. Very lightweight, easy to roll up or unroll on the car. Came with the rear-mount radio antenna sleeve already installed! I ordered sky blue, because I already have covers for other vehicles in grey and bright blue. But up against my cars Grabber Blue paint it almost looks lavender. Would not expect it to protect against parking lot dings.”
