“The inside has a felt which is like a magnet for dirt and leaves. Haven't tried hosing them off yet so don't know what kind of success I will having with cleaning them. The structure of the cover is provided by a semicircular wire that is draped over the tire. Not sure how I feel about this. I would expect some sort of cordage that can be pulled and held in place with a spring clip or something, but it works. Main purpose was to keep the sun off my super expensive custom rims and Mickey Thompson tires. I have wide tires in the back, and these tire covers sit on the tread, vs fully encapsulating the tire as is with the more narrow tires in the front. Doesn't hinder functionality of the covers.”
“if you are going to purchase a new car cover you must order the tire covers to protect your cover from bleeding oils and dirt from your tires. just order the right size and they fit great easy on and off.”
