“The Kit-Cat Klock I ordered would not run properly, and after trying a few suggestions from your customer service rep., it still would not run. I was told I could send the clock back and another would be sent to me. That sounded great to me until I was told I was responsible for the return shipment cost of the defective clock. This is not a good policy!! I received a defect clock and the seller should not place the burden of paying to return it on the buyer!”
