“I have been using car covers for 20 years and a few different types from Cal Car Cover, specifically the storm weave, noah, sun armor 5, the indoor dust force (excellent indoor cover-really keeps the dust out) and finally the amazing Supremeweave. I have had my first Supremeweave (F150 Supercrew) for a little over 2 years now and displays no degradation on the outside yet as the previous outside covers always did. It is very soft on the inside thanks to the fleece lining and blocks all sunlight. I was so impressed with this cover that I bought two more for my other cars. They are a bit pricey and are a little heavier, but well worth the money in my opinion. I highly recommend the Supremeweave covers if you are like me and value your paint and interior of your vehicles.”
“I have 9 covers and 8 of them I would rate 5 stars. This most recent purchase however falls short. The fleece liner left white water spots that were difficult to remove from the paint. The cover fits well and in general the products are exceptional.”

“I purchased "supreme weave" covers for two of my collectors vehicles in June 2024. One of them did not fit and was obviously the wrong cover. After contacting them, I was helped by the worst "customer service manager" I've ever dealt with. I sensed an immediate pompous attitude over the phone when speaking to him, and after sending in photos of my VIN and of the cover on my vehicle and not fitting, I had to wait another two weeks just to get a return shipping label. After which, after another two weeks of no response, I call again for more poor attitude over the phone, and no results. I was told to wait longer. Still nothing after another week goes by. I was told it's in the "factory" so they can check it. This is the poorest customer service I have ever dealt with from a "custom" company. Now it's been TWO MONTHS! and I still haven't received the cover I paid for OR a refund. These are things that should have been done immediately, and a customer should not need to wait for internal issues to be worked out. It's simple, send me another cover or give me my money back. I really can't believe I had to write this, but enough is enough. The absolute worst part of all is the condescending and pompous attitude of the so-call customer service manager at CCC. Never again will I purchase another cover, or recommend CCC to any of my friends online, close acquaintances, or the many people I meet at car shows. If I could rate less than one star I would. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. -SMH”
