“The fabric is very thin and light - perfect for protection from UV light and compact storage. I'm not aware of a comparable fabric from a competitor. The light weight can make it hard to cover or fold up if it's windy outside. There's almost too much fabric down below, along with too much elastic, which results in the cover rubbing against the tires, and the elastic will scrunch up the car cover making it hard to roll up. The optional lettering has serifs, and doesn't match the font on the trunk lid. I probably should have bought a fabric pen and lettered it myself. It took me three attempts to get the hole location of the antennae just right.”
“The cover fits our 2018 Malibu extremely well. The weight is perfect for a cover that is frequently put on and removed. It also appears the cover will handle the Florida sun very well. That being said the tie down system attaches to the cover poorly and it appears that frequent use will probably scratch the paint. A good solution would have material that is between the tie down and the car body to prevent scratching and would secure to the cover better.”
“I am an owner of this cover for 1+ year. Material degraded to such a degree from Texas sun exposure over a year that material began to separate, creating holes. Warranty covered a replacement cover. "Custom Fit" is such that when combined with sun & wind that cover will be in constant state of ballooning and moving around. The inside material is such that it will cause abrasions to car paint on body edges from constantly moving around. Sun reflectivity is good but negated by the abrasions.”
