“I am very dissatisfied with the seat covers. Let me reiterate my concerns about how the bottom seat cover cannot be properly installed on both the driver's and passenger's seats on my car. The bottom cushions on both the driver's and passenger's side are attached to the sides of the plastic base. The cushions and seat bottoms cannot be separated from each other to pass the mounting strap between them. The driver's side plastic base also contains the electrical controls for the seat, head rest and mirrors. There is no way I would consider removing it, and risk damaging the vehicle. Inasmuch as the seat covers will not fit my car, I will be pleased to return them.”

“I ordered front and back seat ballistic seat covers in for my Rav4. They have been great covers and I got them to keep my seats dry when my dog is in the car. Well, recently I have noticed that they are no longer waterproof. Any water goes right through and into my seats. This defeats the entire purpose of the covers. Is there anything that can be done? These were so awesome while they worked.”
