“I just received my seat covers from you today and I wanted to first say that I LOVE THEM!!! They make my 05 Ram look brand new, and they are so comfortable...I can't thank you enough! But one little problem: One velcro strap on the head rest cover came off just under the normal, low pressure from the install. Everything else is perfect and I do not know how to sew or stitch otherwisd I'd fix it myself. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Normally I would just ignore it but it is extremely distracting and I'm so close to perfection...”

“I'm having trouble with the car seat covers that I ordered about a month ago. I own a Honda Pilot and just ordered for the front two seats, though I plan to make an order for the back benches as well. The seat back that I ordered work great, it's the seats that I sit on that move around a bit. The passenger seat is the worst. The straps underneath hook in the front (they are sewed on the opposite way from the driver side, not sure if that's intentional or a mistake) and it never stays tight. The sides of both seats bunch up, like they need a strap from left to right, not only front to back.”
