“I was so anxious to install my new seat covers, but I must tell you, I was very disappointed in the material quality. The stitching is open and bunched up in many places and I know it's only a matter of time before these seat covers tear at the stitching. See attached photos.. The first set of covers I got were immaculate and were a perfect fit, but this set looks like it was put together by someone who doesn't care or a new person that doesn't have much practice or pride in their work.”

“I just installed the car covers on my prius v. I was impressed by how well (most) of the car cover fit my car perfectly. Thanks for the quality of that. However there are a few things I am disapointed in: 1- I was not notified it would take a month to recieve my order. I needed it for a new car I purchased in upstate ny, that now has dirty seats from kids 2-The headrest covers don't fit as perfectly as the rest of the set. When pulled all the way down, the velro overlaps and so it doesn't stick together. 3- the passenger front seat's straps that go under the seat have plastic clips. One of them broke as I was trying to tighten them. I assume it was due to the VERY cold temperatures.”

“I received the covers and love them except the front row seat cover bottom has two latching straps on each one but on one side strap so the cover slides to one side. I requested install directions and they indicate that there should be an elastic strap on each side. Can I get replacements with the elastic straps on both sides for both the driver and passenger seats?”
