“Great product - Just received and installed (in under 30 minutes) the covers for my 2017 Ford Escape. Fit and finish are perfect. I really like that you use buckle and strap fittings, not those cheap elastic bands. Using a bolster to hold the outside edge of the seat down at the front is a stroke of genius, the designer deserves a raise. Great price, great product and service, have ideas now for Xmas/birthdays for my grandkids, also the install tool really helps.. thank you”

“I received this order last week and finally got to install it. I am quite disappointed with the quality and fit. Firstly, the a few of the Velcro's holding together have come apart and cannot close. Secondly, there are lots of seams and threads that are sticking out and don't seem like they will last very long. Also, the covers don't fit as well as they are advertised to be and have lots of exposed seat areas. Please advise what you recommend to resolve these problems I am having. Let me know if you want me to send them back for a refund or exchange for something else.”
