“Thank you so much for your order coming in. The fit and finish are very good quality except that where the seatbelt mechanism you cut the hole is 3 inches too low and it makes the seatbelt mechanism malfunction. Also where the seat cushion meets the back rest is not designed wide enough to protect the seat leaving the seat unprotected and any liquid drop will drain immediately straight onto the seats that they were designed to protect.”

“Hi, I received your seat covers and they look very nice. I have not installed them in my suburban yet. They are still new in the box. When I ordered I could not tell in the pictures that the outer fabric was a mesh pattern. I need seat covers that will work well with dogs. I can foresee problems with my dogs nails and dirt if installed. Do you accept returns on new covers? If so could you exchange them for a custom cover more suitable for dirty wet dogs like canvas or?”
