“I received my order and installed my covers. I came to the last piece which was the passenger side bottom seat cover ...all straps in place and the very last strap that has a hook fell off in my hand when I went to attach it. It seems the machine missed it as it was to be sewn on and only had a couple of threads dangling from the strap...I can even tell where it was suppose to be located. I thought it wouldn't be too much of a problem but without that strap the cover does not stay positioned correctly. I would like an new bottom cover to remedy this situation. Otherwise these covers looked to be well made and very sharp looking in my vehicle.”
