“I'd like to start of saying that not only am I a repeat customer I recommend you to everyone that asks about seat covers. I love your covers and customer service. However, I do have a problem with my most recent order for my new Expedition. The covers are great as usual - but I am having some issues. Once I put the covers on my seats and tightened them the seats were no longer functional. They would not fold when I tried. So I loosened the straps little by little and still no luck. Then I loosened them to where they would fold down - but when I brought the seats back up to the upright position the covers were coming off the seats. It was extremely hard to use the levers to push the seat back too. I think that the leatherette may be too thick for this vehicle - I do not know. They are not useable for optimal comfort or protection for my seats. Not sure what can be done but I am sure that you will have a solution for me - hence the great customer service :)”

“Love the covers BUT.... the passenger cover lumbar knob was cut out but not sewn and the bracket that goes under the seat is broken. Exchange for a completed non-broken would be great.”
