“I received my seat covers and love them except for a few mistakes. The front seat headrest do not have the button hole to raise the headrest up and down, and the middle seat doesn't work for my 2020 Chevy Silverado custom truck- I order the front seat without the storage. My middle seat does not open and has a strap that you have to pull to lower that seat, this cover does not have the accommodations for that. The bottom seat cover that was sent attaches under the seat, my truck has air conditioner vents located under the middle seat so there is no way to attach it under the seat. I am really hoping that you can send me the correct seat cover for the front middle seat for my 2020 Chevy Silverado Custom truck.”

“Hello customer service - I recived my truck seat covers - they are AWESOME (as were the seat covers for my last truck) - BUT, the dark gray doesn't remotely match any of the gray's in my truck. I'm anxious to get my seats covered as my dogs are ruining my new truck.”

“Just received the seat covers yesterday. They looked great. Tried to put on the first back cover and the zipper broke. Tried to put on the 2nd back cover being extremly careful the 2nd time. Once again the zipper broke. From what I can see the zipper is very poor quality. Im trying to fix the zippers myself but can not.”
