“We just received our custom seat covers for our truck & there is only 1 side strap to the bottom seat covers & when trying to tighten down the drivers bottom cover & it broke right off the cover. We expected these covers to be tight fitting as described. We paid wayy to much for these to be so poorly fitting.”

“Hoping you can help with the following problem: 1. covers don't fit as "custom made" 2. some too tight (zipper sides won't close) 3. some too loose (head rest covers baggy; front seat bottom covers won' stay in place - they slide around & the straps are tearing off; also these same covers don't fit correctly). 4. limited info in the installation instructions - doesn't show how to install these particular covers. Overall, the quality of the material is very good. Fit is lousy. How can you help resolve this issue?”
