“Sierra combo did not fit my 12hh Welsh B. Neck was too long and narrow but too short in the body. Tail flap was tight across her rump but the sides did not cover the length of her body. Customer service was awful, the attitude seeming to be "oh well, too bad". Would not have mattered if I sized up as the neck would still have been too long. Ridiculous that a pony size rug does not fit a pony, and a very common breed at that. They were not even interested in hearing feedback on the fit. This is the second time I've had issues with returns with this brand. Will not be buying from this website again. Don't take the risk.”

“My OTTT, accident and injury prone put her first Sierra to the test as soon as it arrived. She's a big girl and at 6'3" it's my largest Sierra.
I put it on her in the evening and she's used the chest clip to attach herself to the top of the chainmesh fence whilst foraging the neighbour's grass. The next morning I'm despondent to see her down by the fence. We've only just recovered from the last abscess...
Her brand new Sierra was still in perfect condition despite it being a bit twisted on her body. She was very calm while I freed her. Also her skin is recovering from a barrage of rain and the mesh lining is encouraging hair growth better than a canvas rug. My other horse has been wearing Caribu rugs for 17 years. If it's not Caribu then he can wreck it. I still have complete faith in the quick release buckles at the chest which are an ergonomic marvel. Thank you Caribu.”
“I can't fault this rug. I just bought another for my other horse. It's really well designed and made. It fits perfectly and provides great wet weather protection.
Despite the weight it's still cool and comfortable in our sticky Queensland summer rains. The reflective tape means I can easily see the horses in the dark.”
