“I just purchased this lovely Orchid Gem 100gm detachable neck from my local Pet stock, as now the weather isn't quite as cold, but my old horse needed something warmer than a rain sheet with a cotton rug underneath. The rug fits great, long drop also, and she's nice and snug.”
“First time I have purchased a Caribu rug as price was great. Purchased the 100g rug as my Warmblood (unclipped) runs hot but still needs a little warmth and gets too hot in anything 200+. Good temperature for the Victorian winter. Sadly sizing for 6.9 was too short by 6inch even with front clips on biggest stretch.”
“Perfect for the not so cold temps. Keeps them warm and dry. I have 3 of these for my horses in size 6’0, 6’3 and 6’6 all are a great fit with generous drop. Large mare friendly tail flap keeps them dry from all angles. Clips I have found are a bit weak tho, literally snapping in half. More colours in this 100g option would be great tho. Only one colour to choose from how boring! Also a combo neck option would be good as I never remove neck rug. All round great product tho, standing up to the second season of winter.”
“Although the fit and design is good with a deep drop and large tail flap, I expected better quality from previous reviews. Not even 3 weeks of night time only wear and 1 or 2 nights of rain, the clips and rings have started to rust and the lining has started to come apart. My horse isn’t rough with rugs.”
