“I have been using Finasteride for 4 years and the results are great at preventing MPB. The negative side effects are apparent in the first two months but gradually resolve after 60 days. My advice to anyone considering Finasteride is to start sooner rather than later - this is a preventative medicine, not a cure so don't start too late. Also, if you are experiencing the negative side effects when starting out, persevere for the first 60 days and reassess thereafter.
