“Upon opening, Ebenezer was perfectly wrapped and packaged, but I found it extremely difficult to install the batteries in the candle. The bottom of the candle wouldn’t budge but my husband was able to do it with the use of a tool. Much easier now. Although I found Ebenezer’s expression scary at first, I now find him quite charming and I think he’s happy with us, too.”
