“This item was perfectly packed and arrived in good condition. My disappointment is with the manufacturing. The seam from the ear down the neck is somewhat obvious. I ordered it for a friend. I don't think that anything can be done about the seam, and I'll keep it and send it on to my friend. The seam won't be noticed when the ornament is hanging on the tree. It's so unique, and probably couldn't be purchased anywhere else.”
