“The Happy Halloween Rug is beautiful. It’s even nicer than I expected. Very high quality with bright characters. It looks fabulous in front of the sink in my powder room which is already decorated for Halloween. This rug is versatile in that it can be used indoors or outdoors. If it wasn’t Out of Stock I would purchase another to place as a mat outside my front door.”
