“She is a great addition to my Joe Spencer Halloween dolls. I was looking for a witch with an ugly face and phoebe is it. I love her dress, cape,& hat with matching bow. The little pumpkin guy she is holding is adorable. Luckily he is facing forward. Don’t think he could stand looking at Phoebe for long. Price was great for a doll with so much detail. I have seen her for quite a bit more at another store. I am very happy with Phoebe!”
