“Finished bag looks great but I had to keep referring to the photos on the cloth kit website to clarify instructions.These could be greatly - and easily - improved.:
1. “…and …. Layer of wadding” (It didn't say how many)
2. “..Velcro… 2.5cm from TOP edge” (Photo on website indicated BOTTOM edge)
4. 2nd strap position not marked on diagram. This is essential for positioning pocket D.
8. Completing bag: There is not enough fabric to stitch Velcro across bottom edge. This is the first time it is mentioned. (Is it an added feature from the original??)
Suggestions: Improvements in instructions + step by step photos on website for unclear sections.
I was going to buy a kit for a child’s jacket but having gone through the process with the bag, I’ll be looking for a normal pattern!
