I placed the order a bit late and phoned up to check how fast the dispatch would be… the lady on the phone asked my name, said if I placed an order she’d look out for it and got it to me in less than 24 hours by Royal Mail. Absolutely incredible service and I shall be returning!!!!”
“It’s a great book with clear instructions. If I could add one thing, it would be a list of coloured felt/thread needed. I had to go through the book and note down the colours and note it all down-of course, I managed to miss pink and don’t want to be charged postage again. I think my people will be more ethnically diverse!”
