“I was a little disappointed that the 2 rolls I ordered had been folded and arrived in an A4 parcel. Before contacting you I went to your web page and scrolled right down to find your explanation theat to optimise the number of couriers you could use, you un-roll and lightly re-fold the tracing paper. I see there is an option to add a note to the item if you would prefer to receive the paper on a roll.
I wonder if you would consider putting the explanation nearer to the top of the photo of the product (on the roll) for the benefit of new customers.”
