“I customised this somewhat altering the bodice part of the dress from the pattern. I made a pattern size 6 which is equivalent of a UK 14 and ended up sizing it down with a larger seam allowance. I used a natural denim. I plan to make the skirt again in the future in a jumbo cord like the pattern pic and may make the original dress as well but I had a vision in my head and self drafted a new bodice with a v neck, ruching, front waistband and a deep plunge back. I intend to wear this over a t shirt. I gave it 4 stars as I am pleased with my make and do intend on using this pattern again in the future but realise this version is very different from the pattern pic.”
