“After going on EDU-210 and EDU-220, i was extremely disappointed with this course. The labs did not start until day 2 and it was not communicated until day 1 that the Labs would only be available 1 day after course completed. Unlike other courses where the labs were available for more time. I understand the labs are built on Prisma and it may not be possible but either devote more time to the labs and less time on material that i could easily have read online. The labs were very problematic with unexplained errors and no real reason behind them. Some configturation steps were missing in Lab 8 and i should not have to spend hours troubleshooting a traning lab. There should be footnotes or something that indicate missing information either in notes or in a separate email. I found the screenshots in the course material to be out of date and would really have liked the Lab guide to be a separate document from course material. I have no issue with the instructor who seemed to know the material but the execution of the course, the labs was very poor. Due to the time spent troubleshooting, i was only able to complete 3 out of the 4 labs. This has not been a good experience.”

“Trainer was knowledgeable Training guide was out of date in many areas. Labs were fairly basic and gave little real experience of configuring real world environments. For example,there was no creation of remote authentication such as MFA via RADIUS. Labs also had some issues with IP address exhaustion given the number of courses being carried out simultaneously.”

“Explaining many features in a clear way. Hard to digest due to many typical Palo Alto namings for functions. Lab is slow and training should be segmented to allow Prisma to set up. In the lab there are many times you have to watch the paint dry. This course is not for people who prefer on-hands learning but for ones who go with text-books. On the other hand, it does represent real-life management well.”
