“It was a good course and very informative. There were challenges trying to incorporate two classes into one which provide difficult for the labs. I would also suggest based on the audience, for the instructor to not perform labs then have the class perform the them again.”

“This course provided an excellent overview of the basic functions of Palo Alto Firewalls and the Panorama management environment. It included hands-on learning opportunities through a live simulated lab to configure various settings directly on the Firewall and in Panorama. The instructor was very knowledgeable and covered a lot of material but kept me engaged throughout.”

“The tailored course arrangement needed the FW and Panorama bits of the course kept together to prevent some of the issues that were experienced with the labs from jumping back and forth between the two. It would also be useful to have a shell script that would reset the lab back to initial config in case of problems. It would also have been better with less demos where they were just duplicating a lab that we were due to do and more time for us to do the labs and play with the configuration followed by time to review if necessary to answer questions that the lab may have brought up.”

“The LABs gave a good understanding for the user interface. I can only trust the most important topics were selected. I rated the LAB and Exercise as 4/5 stars only because I haven't read them fully yet, but what I have read were easy to follow. Alot of times the lab manuals are full of typos and inconsistency's but I did not experience that in this training.”
