“The final "exam" is a bit too rigid to be in done in a "video" format where you have to click in nearly pixel perfect spots. Other than that; the content and labs were enjoyable.”

“The course covered extensive details on the XSIAM product. Some of it seemed overwhelming at times and wonder if I would have preferred a shorter class spread across more days. I also would have preferred a fully functional lab. At times I wanted to pivot and was hindered due to a lack of permissions in the module. In one lab we added a Dshield feed that had 20 indicators. It would have been nice to pivot and see the indicators and if any issues were found with those indicators.”

I would recommend this Palo Alto Networks training course to a friend or colleague

“The course is a solid introduction into Cortex XSIAM for security engineers. The labs could be more detailed and the lab tool itself sometimes needed to be restarted as it would freeze but recovered on restart of module. The final assessment was poorly designed. It flashes up details such as server name and IP addresses that are needed later in the mock configuration, but cannot be referenced later. There is no way to stop it from progressing to the start of the steps leaving the student guessing and being corrected by the assessment. I'd recommend either a "continue" button with a message informing the student that they will not have access to this later (so they could screenshot or transcribe the names/IP/etc.) or a button that can be pushed during later stages that show a "notepad" with the same details.”
