PCES | Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Course Reviews

5 Rating 14 Reviews
I loved the in-depth information and accessibility of this course, as well as the quality of the booklet that comes with it. As a working mom, it makes a huge impact to have courses of this quality made for distance learning. I apply something from the PCES course as a pelvic floor PTA almost every shift working with expecting or postpartum patients. I highly recomend.

One of the best courses I've taken especially regarding pelvic health. Definitely an upgrade from 1.0 and 2.0. Worth every penny!

I absolutely loved the PCES course! I learned so much and it helped me feel confident in my skills to treat pregnant and postpartum women. Sarah does such an incredible job teaching concepts and I loved all the video examples. I also loved the bonus content section. Especially Birth Prep with Annatina. It helped me have a successful unmedicated birth and I felt so empowered. I am so excited to take this information to my clients! I can't recommend PCES enough! Absolutely changed my practice!

This course was PACKED with information that was helpful, unique, and tested. The teaching was clear and concise. I appreciated the real life application and the scientific backing on exercises and protocol. I've incorporated many of the provided exercises and tips into client workouts, Barre classes, and yoga classes, as well as my personal workouts, and clients/class members are seeing the benefits. This course holds its value! Highly recommend!

This is the first continuing education course that actually had an effect on how I practice physical therapy. Since graduating PT school I have felt I needed a better understanding of breathing, core, and pelvic floor and this course answered all my questions and is changing the way I approach different issues in a general orthopedic setting. I also became pregnant halfway through the course and am applying the concepts to support my own body through pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum care. I would recommend this course to anyone in the rehab and fitness professions! Gabrielle Ryerson PT, DPT, OCS

I thoroughly enjoyed the PCES 3.0 course! The material covered was very comprehensive, applicable and backed by scientific research. The videos were easy and fun to watch and made concepts very understandable. Although the course is entitled “ pregnancy and postpartum” it was very inclusive and made reference to women in all phases of life and even men. In the videos Sara approached sensitive topics like prolapse or incontinence in a way that truly was positive and empowering - for both trainer/clinician and clients- with tools that could be immediately applicable. The course was exceptional in highlighting a whole body approach when in comes to pelvic floor and core health. Above all, this course’s biggest strength was staying true to ensuring that you came away with the skills to truly assess your clients and individualize your care to their needs - not only physical but based on their personality and psychology. Sara presented in such a clear and fun way and her staff - Anna, Robin, Paige and Keeley - were always ready to answer any questions in a prompt and full way. Overall a great course!
