“Used it shortly after arrival, made cavatelli with pasta fresca with eggs. Machine worked amazingly turning out perfect even little short pasta. Cooked with broccoli, pine nuts and pecorino wonderful. Only shortcoming is the clamp jaws are too narrow for a standard bench top. Was able to rig an extension quite easily using clamps. Machine is beautifully made and my 4year old granddaughter can't wait to use it. If you are into homemade pasta it is a winner.”
