“First time I tried the electric pizzella iron (received it a week ago), the cooking was uneven. I don't remember how long I reheated the pizzella iron before I used it, it may have been less than 30 minutes which may explain my issue. Next time I will leave the pizzelle maker to reheat for at least 30 minutes, place tablespoon (only) of batter in the centre and press for about a second and leave for no longer than 60 seconds. Aside from not having used an electric iron before (have always used the traditional hand held iron), I was happy with the iron and don't regret my purchase. I received my iron quicker than expected and well packaged. Whenever I have contacted Costante Imports they have always been very helpful and professional. I would/will buy from Costante again and would recommend them.”
