“Thankyou, the Torchio was delivered promptly. Have used it once. 1.OTC semolina not ground fine enough, so have to add ordinary flour, but fantastic texture of the pasta!
2. It is a bit of work to rotate so the little ones may not be able to do it, but they will be able to cut it off etc
3. Cleaning the dies a pain, still working on easiest procedure.
Expensive but will last more than one generation!
Overall no regrets!!
